Information we collect
Forms collect only the information needed to operate the program. Family applications include names, contact details, home address, a child’s birthdate and wishlist, and temporary identity and address verification documents.
How the information is used
Information is used to verify eligibility, administer registrations, coordinate gifts, prevent duplicate participation, and contact families. Personal information is never sold.
Verification documents
Verification files are encrypted during transfer and storage. Only signed-in administrators access them. The files are deleted after verification, or after 30 days if review has not been completed, and are never attached to email. Do not upload or send a health card or health card number.
Children and families
Public wishlists use anonymous IDs. Names, birthdates, documents, addresses, schools, and family contact details are never shown publicly.
