Our accessibility approach
The website aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Current measures include semantic headings, descriptive labels and error messages, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus indicators, colour contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives, reduced-motion support, and controls sized for touch screens.
Forms and documents
Registration forms group related information, identify required fields, explain accepted documents, and provide text instructions without relying on colour alone. If a form or document creates a barrier, contact the team for another way to provide the required information.
Third-party services
Some features, including the security check and linked map directions, come from third-party services. Their accessibility falls partly outside our control. Please report any barrier so the team can offer another route.
